Last year we were incredibly grateful to be run off our feet with events which, unfortunately, meant we had to turn some bookings away.

After 7 years running my cocktail catering business, I am so thrilled to expand beyond the bar with our new range.

We have taken the same care and precision we bring to every event and poured it into each bottle so you can enjoy something exceptional wherever you are.

With so many pre mixed drinks on the market, we saw a clear gap for something better. Something made by people who actually work behind the bar, who understand what makes a truly great drink.

For the past 18months I have been hard at work behind the scenes; perfecting the recipes with our food scientists and mapping out the branding with our design team.

The result is a collection that captures the complexity of the cocktail bar experience - without requiring time, tools or expertise.

Spring is here and the sun is out! What better way to celebrate the season change than with a healthy(ish) cocktail!
This one is a Fennel and Cucumber Gin Fizz.
Super refreshing, flavour forward, with a tangy twist. It’s a virtuous boozy lil number that you will love.

Recipe :

1 cucumber
30ml fresh lime juice
30ml simple syrup, ratio 1:1 boiling water to sugar
4 ice cubes
1 inch fresh fennel
100ml soda
2 short stalks fresh fennel for garnish
60ml Gin

Method :

Slice n dice the cucumber and add to your blender along with 2 wedges of fennel, lime juice, simple syrup, gin and ice.
Blast on high until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass, top up with soda and garnish with some fresh fennel. Enjoy 🍃
