However, it is actually from Penang! Mee Siam
means "Siamese noodles" in Malay. It is a Thai-influenced dish of thin rice vermicelli with hot, sweet, sour, and savory flavors.

Some call it Bihun Siam, but let's be honest, most of us just say 'bihun goreng' and go with it, am I right? 😁
