岗位职责 | Responsibilities
销售相关(Sales)
与客户沟通,了解活动需求(婚礼、企业活动、宴会等)
介绍公司服务、配套与报价
准备与跟进报价单、合约
跟进潜在客户,促成成交
与客户确认活动细节(日期、时间、人数、预算)
Sales & Client Management
Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and expectations
Present company services, packages, and quotations
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
Follow up with potential clients to close sales
Confirm event details such as date, time, venue, budget, and requirements
活动协调(Coordination)
规划活动流程(rundown / timeline)
协调内部团队(设计、制作、执行团队)
与外部单位沟通(酒楼、场地方、供应商)
安排 setup / dismantle 时间
确保活动当天一切按计划进行
Event Planning & Coordination
Plan and manage event timelines and rundowns
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations)
Liaise with external parties such as venues, restaurants, and suppliers
Arrange setup and dismantling schedules
Ensure all preparations are completed according to plan
活动当天(Actual Day)
到现场监督活动执行
协助解决突发状况
确保流程顺畅、客户满意
协助团队完成 setup、流程与拆除工作
On-Site Event Management (Actual Day)
Be present on-site to oversee event ex*****on
Coordinate the team during setup and event flow
Handle any last-minute changes or issues professionally
Ensure the event runs smoothly and meets client expectations
行政与跟进
回复客户信息与电话
更新客户资料与活动记录
活动后与客户跟进(反馈、付款、售后)
Administrative & Follow-Up Duties
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms
Maintain accurate records of clients and events
Follow up with clients after the event for feedback and payment matters
