COM News | Malta Holds the Keys: Six Hotels Retain Their Michelin Keys 🔑

Malta’s luxury hospitality is once again in the global spotlight, with six Maltese hotels retaining their Michelin Keys in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide selection.

Iniala Valletta Iniala keeps its two Keys and remains the only hotel in Malta at that level. It is joined by Domus Zamittello and Rosselli - AX Privilege in Valletta, The Phoenicia Malta in Floriana, Xara Palace Relais & Chateaux Mdina in Mdina and Lure Hotel & Spa in Mellieħa.

The hotel counterpart of Michelin Stars, the Keys recognise outstanding design, service, character and guest experience. Last week, we welcomed 180 guests from across the EMEA region for a Gala & Awards Dinner at Villa Arrigo | Venue, Events & Catering , an elegant Maltese villa setting where every detail was designed to put the evening’s winners centre stage.

From the set-up and lighting to the stage, awards ceremony and dinner flow, our team, Annaïk, Stefania and our French intern Guilhem, was on site throughout the evening, making sure every element came together seamlessly, so our client could simply enjoy the moment. 🫡
