ich left the audience asking for more. For the summer season of the same year, Double Digit Productions has prepared a programme of events, ranging from baroque recitals at the Inquisitors Palace in Vittoriosa, to a unique concert by two world class musicians playing the Bandoneon and the Accordion, to the tunes of Astor Piazzolla, Johann Sebastian Bach and Carlos Gardel, amongst many others. Palazzo de Piro will be a great place for everyone to be during the fifth Medieval Mdina Festival ! A medieval puppet show, a crafts workshop for children, a music talk for adults, and the main attraction – the premier of La Serva Padrona, performed by Maltese and international artists. The newly opened roof terrace and Xpresso Cafe of the Palazzo de Piro will be serving a specially created menu, while the first merchant of Hungarian wines in Malta, Red and Wine, will offer the opportunity to sample top-quality wines which will be available at a promotional price.

'Rhythms of Concertinas' will mark Aleksandar Nikolic's second visit to Malta, following his participation in the successful Colores del Tango event at the Manoel Theatre some months back.

Both Aleksandar and Petar are looking forward to performing in Malta with their "unusual blend of two seemingly similar but quite different instruments" from the 'accordion family'.
