A Night at Hogwarts 🪄

We were thrilled to support our corporate client transform their space into the Great Hall at Hogwarts… and no detail was spared.

✨ Our largest LED video wall brought the castle to life with ever-changing backdrops throughout the night, including a special moment when the Sorting Hat selected lucky guests into their Hogwarts houses.

✨ Hundreds of floating candles, each individually hung, created a magical ceiling feature that instantly set the scene.

✨ Guests enjoyed a fully custom Leaky Cauldron bar and a Platform 9¾ photobooth with a vanishing trolley perfect for capturing wizarding memories.

✨ Giant house flags completed the immersive Great Hall look, tying the entire space together.

From immersive visuals and lighting to custom scenic builds, this was a full-scale magical transformation and one we absolutely loved delivering.

❄️Walking in a Winter Wonderland ❄️

At the brilliant RJA, we were asked to help transform the space into a magical winter escape, and we loved every minute of it!

Our LED video wall set the scene with an ever-changing festive backdrop, paired with a bespoke LED DJ booth to create one seamless, immersive visual. We added a large feature bar with bold lettering to make it pop, plus sparkling Christmas décor and snowflakes to complete the look.

And of course… a huge shoutout to DJ Mel - Melissa Carver Fusion for bringing the energy and keeping the party alive all night long! 🎶

Looking back on last month, we were proud to support Jersey Finance’s FINx flagship event at The Radisson Blu Hotel!

We elevated the space with our LED video wall in a four-pillars configuration, adding a fresh twist to our custom projection screen setup. With full audio, video, and lighting support, the room was transformed into a vibrant, immersive experience ✨

Celebrating 50 years of Alex Forbes in Jersey! ✨

We were proud to be part of this milestone event at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Jersey. Our signature dual front projection set, complete with a custom central logo, created an impactful and professional backdrop for the evening.

Our team managed the full audio and visual production, including seamless video playback, ambient room lighting and crystal-clear sound throughout ensuring every moment on stage looked and sounded perfect.

The event featured some incredible presenters and panelists, including Dame Kelly Holmes, a true Olympic legend, who quite literally hit the ground running by joining the Park Run while she was here! 🏃🏽‍♀️

It’s been a week…

The dust has finally settled, and it’s given us a chance to pause and really take in what we’ve achieved as Delta Events. Winning the Digital Jersey Company Award at the 7th Annual TechAwards still feels surreal and it’s made us reflect on just how far we’ve come.

Over the years, we’ve delivered some of our biggest and most ambitious projects yet, from conferences and community events to gala dinners and awards shows across both Jersey and Guernsey. Each one has pushed us creatively, challenged us technically, and reminded us why we love what we do.

To our clients: We honestly couldn’t have done any of it without you. Your continued trust and support week in, week out is what drives us to keep raising the bar. You allow us to experiment, to innovate, and to bring your events to life in ways that leave a lasting impression. For that, we are beyond grateful.

To our team: What a year it’s been. You’ve shown relentless dedication, creativity, and teamwork, no matter the challenge or deadline. From early starts to late finishes, you’ve given everything to make each event the best it can be. We see it, we appreciate it, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve built together.

JSCCA ✨

We had an amazing time supporting the Jersey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants at their 2-day conference at the Royal Yacht Hotel! ✨

We installed the biggest LED video wall in the space at a whopping 10m x 2.5m. This was used to show session presentations and stream the event live to those who couldn’t be there in person.

When it was time to celebrate… we flipped it to “party mode” and turned the stage into a show-stopping backdrop! 🎉

Bringing together technology, design, and a little Delta magic made this event unforgettable.💡
