We recently celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday and had the pleasure of hiring Laydee & The Amp for a couple of hours of live music. What an incredible duo! This husband-and-wife team not only sounded fantastic but were also warm, friendly, and effortlessly accommodated our requests.

Our guests were absolutely raving about them, and we couldn't have been happier with the atmosphere they created. If you're looking for a top-notch two-piece live band, you won’t go wrong with Laydee & The Amp—they're worth every penny!

This evening, we had the privilege of performing at a private event to celebrate a remarkable young lady’s 18th birthday, surrounded by her equally wonderful family and friends! Our involvement in the special occasion was no coincidence, her fabulous older brother and his beloved first heard us perform at The Dolphin and, knowing his sister’s appreciation for timeless classics, a passion both unique and yet shared by many, recommended us to their parents for this landmark celebration.

It was truly an honour to be part of such a joyous gathering, where the warmth and closeness of family were evident in every moment. A truly unforgettable evening was had by all! Happy 18th Honey…wishing you a life full of wonders, happiness, good health and success. Such a darling full of promise! Dear Comedy Fans,

After much thought and consideration, I have decided to step back from running comedy clubs moving forward. This decision comes down to a combination of venue challenges and the significant time and effort required to make each show a success.

I know this may come as disappointing news, especially for those who have supported me since 2021, and for that, I sincerely apologise. However, certain circumstances have left me with little choice. That said, I still plan to stay involved in the scene by bringing over bigger acts, such as Jason Manford though these events will be less frequent.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey. Please keep an eye on Facebook for any future shows I may organise.

**Comedy News Alert**

We are pleased to announce that we will be bringing over Jason Manford on Saturday 12th July to perform his fantastic new show ‘A Manford All Seasons’

Jason will be performing two shows on that day, a 4pm and 7pm show.

As usual I’m expecting tickets to go fast as there is limited availability of 450 seats per show.

Tickets will go on sale on Monday 3rd March at 10am.
