Celebrated my final 2025 wedding this week!

This years’ ceremonies have flown by (I think I say that every year?!) and already lots in the diary for next to look forward to.

A simple and friendly gathering saw Adam and Lisa legally wed with a couple of young readers who bravely did a great job for guests.

Here’s to all this year’s newly weds and next year’s soon to be! 🍾❤️💍

Loved this recent wedding with a difference; cocktail dresses, autumnal greens and an abundance of divine blooms for Gemma and Eve.

Couldn’t keep my eyes off these sumptuous scented autumnal blooms by andrew_blooms and Mark Howe flowers and co!

Bridal party velvet greens and cocktail dress for guests was the theme for Peter and Gemma today.

Childhood sweethearts finally wed “two decades late” said Gemma who’s been longingly waiting for this special day.

The couple celebrated with their 3 gorgeous boys and a small group of family and friends. My penultimate wedding for 2025 and a very special one with tissues needed by us all 💗.

Gorgeous light for Zoe and Dan’s wedding. Love the feel of this historical house and one of my favourites for small and intimate weddings. Mr and Mrs Luce’s burgundy theme was a perfect opportunity for the first outing of my new suit to match too 🙂. A chilled couple who continued their celebrations with family and friends Longueville Manor Hotel and Restaurant afterwards.

An international gathering for Ellen and Rahul with delicate pink and sage greens setting the tone and a special Indian wedding blessin by Rahul’s mum too close. Mr and Mrs Kini’s Jersey ceremony was ahead of their Indian one in December so double celebrations.

Another double wedding day and the sun was back out for them🥰. This morning started with marrying Teresa and Phil at the Somerville Hotel, Jersey. It was a lovely small gathering of family and friends with pink and blue flowers arranged by their eldest daughter, a candle lit in memory of Teresa’s late mum and a bride’s promise to take up golf!

Then it was off to St John to marry Josh and Hermione at her family home. Such a beautifully different rustic set up nestled among the apple trees and my favourite signing table yet - I got a bit carried away collecting and arranging apples to keep the table cloth down!

Their 9 month old son, Orlando watched intently throughout from under his super cute sailor cap and there was an international crowd with beautiful singing from Cantabile Jersey. Drinks on the lawn were to be followed by food in the party marquee, the Caesarean Ceilidh Band Jersey and DJ sets including one by the groom💞

A move indoors to avoid the rain at Grumps and Granolly’s house didn’t stop little Arlo smiling and giggling during his Naming ceremony.

A year after his mum and dad’s marriage, we all gathered again to celebrate their son’s 8 months.

There were personalised poems, god parents and god aunts and another special handfasting - Arlo’s name ribbon was knotted into his parents’ wedding handfasting ribbons featuring a bee for his dad’s Manchester roots and lavender for his Jersey mum.

Celebrating Wilf’s Naming Day, 3 years on from his sister’s in the cool of the crypt. Such a gorgeous venue for intimate ceremonies with beautifully colourful flowers from Wilde Thyme, special words and poems by his god parents and his loving big sister 🩷
