Ever heard of a ring warming ceremony?

A beautiful way to involve your loved ones in your wedding ceremony, this meaningful ritual sees your wedding rings passed between your guests, with each person invited to hold them for a moment and offer a silent wish, blessing or loving intention for your marriage.

By the time the rings reach you, they’ve been quite literally warmed by the love of the people who mean the most to you.

It’s a simple but incredibly special way to make your ceremony feel even more personal.

I wonder how many of you have always wanted know what’s inside “Barge Aground” at St Ouens? Well, here it is, and this was the location for Mandy and John’s ceremony last week.

A truly breathtaking and non traditional setting, made all the more special by a couple who fully threw themselves into the experience, dancing until 01.00 am the next morning in their own private “barge”!
The barge was built in the 1930’s and is owned by Jersey Heritage and can be hired for up to 6 people . https://www.jerseyheritage.org/stay/heritage-lets/barge-aground/

Whereas I was built slightly later and can be hired for much less on my website or page!

Have you seen the gorgeous top hats and tails? All from bertiessuits , ( the lovely ring bearer was also sporting a top hat but couldn’t show him ‘cos he’s a toddler. - but he looked fab! )

Loved celebrating Roxanne and Kevin’s wedding, the new Mr and Mrs. McCauley!
Between raising four wonderful kids and working so hard every day, these two deserved every single second of their magical day. It was my absolute pleasure to share this day with them and be part of the magic.
