Ricetta spiedini di calamari e gamberi Gluten Free 🌾🚫
Ingredienti
• Calamari puliti
• Gamberi sgusciati
• Fiocchi di patate
• Spicchio d’aglio tritato
• Prezzemolo fresco tritato q.b.
• Olio extravergine d’oliva q.b.
• Sale e pepe q.b.
• Spiedini di legno
• Pomodori ciliegini

Procedimento
1. Preparare la panatura: in una ciotola mescola i fiocchi di patate con aglio, prezzemolo, sale, pepe e un filo d’olio.
2. Comporre gli spiedini: alterna calamari e gamberi sugli spiedini.
3. Passare nella panatura: spennella gli spiedini con un po’ d’olio e rotolali nella panatura fino a ricoprirli bene.
4. Cuocere in forno: disponi gli spiedini su una teglia con carta forno, aggiungi i ciliegini tagliati a spicchi o rondelle, un filo d’olio e cuoci a 200°C per 12-15 minuti, finché saranno dorati e croccanti.
5. Servire: porta in tavola caldi con spicchi di limone a parte.
