(1 minute to 5 minutes: Rs. 2500/-; 5 minutes to 10 minutes: Rs. 3500/-; 10 minutes to 30 minutes: Rs. 5000/-; 30 minutes to 1 hour: Rs. 10000/-) More than one hour of video is not accepted at this moment. No local representatives are dispatched to verify a record. Therefore, we will delegate verification responsibilities to representatives from other locations and districts. This rule is followed to preserve the authenticity of the record. Notice about our awards: An ABR record certificate comes with a Gamusa, a memento, and a Japi. Kindly note that we change our mementos occasionally to protect against duplication and remind ourselves of the award distribution venue. It is also because of reasons such as the non-reliability of the data saved on the computer. After Assam's pride, ‘Gamusa," received the Geographical Identification (GI) tag, the state government mandated the use of handloom gamusa only, so currently, we are not going to include the Gamusa in our certificate package. Additionally, the ‘Japi’ won’t be included as we’re going to have it made on a fully traditional basis. So right now, we are only providing a certificate of a particular size and frame. Japi and Gamusa will be provided only on very special occasions. A registration fee grants you membership and access to submit record applications. As with any membership platform, outsiders cannot hold us accountable for its policies or content. All financial transactions, both incoming and outgoing, must be completed within a timeframe of 10 days. Any transactions exceeding the specified timeframe will not be eligible for any discounts previously promised. Any political comments or demands made during our programs or events are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate and strict actions, including the possibility of event cancellation. The Assam Book of Records (ABR) will be updating some of its terms and conditions, effective from January 1, 2025. For example, the Japi will only be awarded to hat-trick holders, and the certificate will be presented in a new decorative format. Please follow the link for the latest updates: (https://www.assambookofrecords.in/article/tandc/page.html). The documents requested during the application process are for our internal office use only. We maintain strict data privacy and security. Your information will never be shared with any third party and will be deleted after one month, or according to our data retention policy. Members of the Assam Book of Records are hereby informed that their membership may be terminated at any time without prior notice if they are found or reported to be involved in any unlawful activity. Effective from 31st January 2025, the Japi will exclusively be awarded to hat-trick holders. Additionally, the certificate will be presented in a newly designed decorative format.
