More lake swims. More good energy.

After a weekend of binging on ice cream and burritos, it was time to burn some of it off. We hit Loch Ross this morning โ€” clean, calm, and great for a lake swim. Class little spot.

Orlagh stepped up as producer today โ€” the director was a bit under the weather ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜‚

We still got out, got active, and made it to Templetown Beach ๐ŸŒŠ
Had a solid swim, a walk on the sand, and some proper time outdoors. Very enjoyable stuff ๐Ÿ‘ฃโ˜€๏ธ

Retroactive Challenge โ€“ Day 10

Got some solid training done with the groups this morning โ€“ mobility and conditioning on the menu. Plenty of stretching, plenty of core work. ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ

Struggling to sleep at night with the heat, so squeezed in a 10โ€“15 minute power nap. Between that and a bit of caffeine, Iโ€™ll keep ticking over. Out for a walk around Rossmore now, and Iโ€™m aiming to get a weight session in later.

Day 10โ€™s been a success. Still active. Still busy. Still at it. ๐Ÿ”
