RetroBarbell Morning Club β Spring / Summer π

This is a simple routine built around:
β’ Three morning sessions each week
β’ Daily movement (steps)
β’ Eating well Monday to Friday
No extremes. No overcomplication.
Just a steady structure that helps you stay consistent without it taking over your life.
Train early, stay active, eat properly β and get on with everything else.
The aim is simple β feel fitter, leaner, and better coming into the summer.
Limited spaces in the morning groups.
