【Hong Kong International Airport Arts & Culture Festival 2025 】

Throughout the festival, we provided extensive support in design and production for stage layout that accentuates the unique qualities of each performing group as well as onsite show operation, ensuring the best entertainment delivered to the audience.

【Hong Kong International Airport - Career Expo 2025】

Oval has once again been appointed as the official contractor for the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) Career Expo 2025. Co-organized by the Airport Authority Hong Kong and the Labour Department, the event took place from June 27 to 29 at the HKCEC. We provided a comprehensive range of event management services, including meticulous planning, custom-designed and production of the booths of the Airport Authority Hong Kong and the Labour Department, venue management, and operational ex*****on, which encompassed the opening ceremony and exhibitor booth management.

This year, we expertly identified and implemented value-added solutions to attract significant footfall and enhance participant engagement. Our strategic approach included several valuable initiatives: the CV clinic offered participants personalised feedback on their CVs, pinpointing areas for improvement. The CV portrait photography service helped participants capture professional images for their applications. Additionally, we provided personal colour analysis and MBTI testing, empowering individuals to gain deeper insights into their strengths and preferences. These thoughtfully curated services not only met client needs but also significantly contributed to attracting a large number of attendees to the expo.

We are proud to showcase BOCHK's steadfast commitment to enhancing and modernising banking services, primarily through cutting-edge digital technology—a key highlight of our design!

Digital Experience Zone: By seamlessly integrating two sets of LED with dynamic and stunning animation, we created an engaging interactive installation that allows guests to capture unforgettable moments while diving deep into BOCHK's three key features: Digital Wealth Management, Anti-Fraud Measures, and ESG.

Digital Product Display Zone: Our meticulously crafted area, combined with stylish structures and lighting, creates a digital atmosphere that perfectly showcases BOCHK's five unique digital products, which are also suited for photography.

Let’s witness how Bank of China (Hong Kong) is leading the future of digital banking and explore endless possibilities together!

【Airport Authority Hong Kong – ‘Treasures of Western Waters’】

We’re thrilled to announce our vibrant exhibition at the Arrival Hall of Hong Kong International Airport✈️, where you can dive into the rich marine life of the Western Waters! 🐠

Organized by the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) and designed and produced by OVAL, this exhibition showcases the biodiversity of the marine environment. At the center of exhibition, you will find the curved LED aquarium that brings marine species to life right in front of you. With the interactive kiosk, visitors can re-color a marine species and then 'release' it into the virtual western waters. Each species you released symbolizes your valuable support for marine biodiversity and contributes to the conservation of the Western Waters. By recreating the ecosystem of the Western Waters, we aim to highlight Hong Kong Airport's efforts and achievements in environmental and ecological conservation while sharing the ‘Treasures’ of the Western Waters.

Join us from now until June! 🚀We invite everyone to come and visit our exhibition, enjoy interactive displays, and immerse yourselves in the wonders of our marine environment.

【Hong Kong Tourism Board - Cathay International Chinese New Year Night Parade】

Cathay International Chinese New Year Night Parade🧧held on every Lunar New Year Day at Tsim Sha Tsui. In this year, the celebration featured 9 spectacular floats🌸and 46 performing groups from around the world, spreading endless joy to both locals and visitors alike.

We are excited to showcase our decoration design and production services for this vibrant event. Inspired by the enchanting beauty of a snake, our design highlights radiant scales illuminated by dynamic LED lighting.

【Bank of China (Hong Kong) – Asian Financial Forum 2025】

OVAL was honoured to showcase a forward-looking booth for the Bank of China (Hong Kong) (“BOCHK”) at the Asian Financial Forum 2025, held on 13-14 January 2025. The event attracted over 3,600 policymakers and business leaders from more than 50 countries and regions, making it the first large-scale international finance and business event of the year.

BOCHK effectively utilises innovative technology to offer a variety of digital and cross-border financial services, meeting the needs and connecting customers among the regions.
