I always try to reuse and make the most out of the balloons from my training days, I ask venue staff, trainees, even advertising them on social media 📱

But as you can imagine, with something of this scale, not everyone has the space in their car 😅

Alex & Ali chose a Wicked theme for their 2:1 training day, which I absolutely loved and couldn’t wait to get started! 💚💖

Each side of this Balloon Dome is around 7ft x 7ft, and in total we used roughly 700–900 balloons in a mix of 5”, 12”, 18” and 24” !! 😲 It’s a big build with so many steps, sizing, clustering, layering, colour placement, structure, texture and so many more, which really shows how much goes into something this size.

The girls are completely new to the industry, but they took everything on board so well. They listened, asked questions, took notes, took their time and really focused on getting each step right. They were patient, worked through every stage properly, and honestly did such a brilliant job. And I think we’d all agree our hands definitely needed some TLC after this one 🧴😂 please go check them and and show your support .of.helium 🖤

This swing arch will forever be one of my favourite builds. It was such a gorgeous display to create, the colours, the shape, the textures, everything came together so beautifully ✨

It’s a huge build to create, but honestly one of the best designs for learning because it teaches all the core techniques, shape, layering, depth, colour placement and texture work. And the final result is always worth every minute! 🤍✨
