I had the pleasure of supporting Its Mental last Thursday, for their World Mental Health Day event at Preston North End 💚

Event planning and on the day coordination and content ✅

This was short term project support, which will generate long term support.

Beginning the evening with incredible speakers for the Inspired Wellbeing Talk, who shared their personal stories of overcoming adversity.

The event then moved on to the Lancashire Stay Well Strategy, which brings together experts and specialists working alongside employers, to ensure everyone has the knowledge, resources and support to enable everyone to Stay Well.

What an incredible evening with amazing people 💚
