Sleaford Rugby Club SLEAFORD RFC provides opportunities for all. Male or female, young or old, skilled or new to rugby. New & experienced players are always welcome.

Sleaford RFC, the home of the Red & Blacks, sits just outside Sleaford town to the East and provides a range of rugby teams and activities for all ages, genders & abilities. We take pride in our facilities and our dedicated coaching team and band of volunteers who will always offer a warm welcome to all. CURRENT TRAINING TIMES 2021/22

Seniors:
Mens - Tuesday & Thursday from 7pm
Ladies - Thursday

from 7pm

Mini & Juniors:
Junior Girls (U13/U15/U18) - Thursday from 7pm & Sunday from 10am
Sundays - from 10am (times subject to change - please see up to date information on our website grounds information page.) If you're interested in joining our amazing family then please get in contact or why not grab a friend and come down to one of our sessions and give it a go!? Our minis and junior section will be running taster sessions, and our senior 1st XV will be kicking off their league season🏉

We also will have the official opening of our new outside bar - which one of you will name! Enter your ideas to the below link and we will pick the winner. The winner will be invited to pull the first pint in the bar🍻

CLUB STATEMENT | SEASON UPDATE ❤️🖤

Dear Members, Supporters, Players, Parents, Coaches and Volunteers,

Following the RFU’s latest announcement, the start of the community rugby season has been delayed, with competitive fixtures now beginning in the week commencing Monday 21 September.

Scheduled matches across the club may be postponed or rearranged, including fixtures involving our Senior, Colts, Minis and Juniors sections. We are working with the relevant competition organisers and will share confirmed updates as soon as they become available.

We understand this is disappointing after the hard work and preparation invested in the new season, but we fully support the RFU’s decision. The safety and wellbeing of our players, volunteers, families and the wider rugby community must come first.

Although competitive matches have been delayed, Sleaford Rugby Club remains open and active. Training, pre-season preparation and club activities will continue across our sections.

SATURDAY 26 SEPTEMBER 🏉

Our seniors’ first-team match has moved to Saturday 26 September, and we look forward to making it a special day for the whole club.

Thank you to all our members, players, parents, coaches, volunteers, supporters and sponsors for your patience, understanding and continued commitment to Sleaford Rugby Club.

We may have to wait a little longer for competitive rugby, but there is still plenty happening at Sleaford RFC.

We look forward to welcoming the whole club back on 26 September. ❤️🖤🏉

Seasonal Sunday Kitchen & Catering Assistant

Five paid hours, normally 08:00 to 13:00 on scheduled Sundays, September 2026 to April 2027.

£13.00/hour plus separately itemised holiday pay

Help us run a safe, welcoming Sunday kitchen for players, families and visitors.

The role includes simple breakfast cooking, approved post-match meals, customer service, stock and cleaning. Experience is useful; reliability, organisation and safe working matter most.

Required training is provided and paid.
