Beth has been an integral part of our team since 2015, and is often one of the first people you'll speak to when you get in touch with us.

She's also a bit of an expert when it comes to turning your event idea into a brilliant plan - from helping you choose the right equipment to making sure all the details come together, Beth is there to help create an event that's right for you and your guests.

We know, we know, it feels far too early.

But if you're responsible for organising the Christmas party, now is actually a pretty good time to start thinking about it.

You don't need every detail figured out yet, just start with the basics:

✔️ Get your date sorted
✔️ Know your venue & space
✔️ Have an idea of your budget
✔️ Start thinking about what your guests will actually enjoy

3 common mistakes people make when planning an event... 👇

We've seen it time and time again. So we're here to make your planning easier.

Mistake #1: Booking with multiple suppliers
It might seem like the cheaper option, but it often means more admin, more invoices, more deliveries and more opportunities for something to go wrong.

Mistake #2: Not setting a budget
Sharing your budget early doesn't mean you'll be pushed to spend more. It means we can recommend the best options that actually fit your event.

Mistake #3: Leaving it too late
The most popular equipment and entertainment gets booked well in advance, especially during peak seasons.

A little planning goes a long way.
