We're seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to train as traffic management operatives working out of our Kirkham depot.

RSS is a family-owned and operated traffic management company that has been in business since 1983. We primarily work on low-speed urban and rural roads, with occasional projects on high-speed routes, as well as working on some of the Uk’s most prestigious events.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
• Valid full UK driving licence (held for 2+ years, max 6 points)
• Age 21+ (insurance requirement)
• Punctual, flexible, highly motivated, and enthusiastic
• Drug & alcohol free
• Able to work both independently and part of a team
• Strong work ethic with a safety focus
• Available to work overtime, including working away at some of the Uk’s most prestigious events on occasions

WE OFFER;
• Ongoing training in traffic management skills to gain the appropriate qualifications
• Salary paid weekly, increased once qualifications gained
• Full time contract Mon-Fri (50 hours p/week PAYE)
• Overtime and weekend working paid at enhanced rate
• Loyalty Christmas Bonus
• 28 Days paid annual leave
• Standby / call out payments in addition to basic salary (Once qualifications gained)
• Job Security and Guaranteed Hours
• Company Pension, with employee contribution

Looking for QUALIFIED traffic management operatives to work out of our Kirkham, Lancashire depot on a full time basis.

IDEAL CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE;
• 12D M1M2 as minimum
• A full UK driving licence, held for a minimum 2 years, with no more than 6 points
• Be over 21 for insurance purposes

AND TO BE;
• Punctual
• Flexible
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• D & A free
• Competent at setting out TTM unsupervised
• Strong work ethic and a safety-first approach
• Available to work overtime, including working away at some of the Uk’s most prestigious events on occasions

WE OFFER;
• Competitive salary paid weekly, based on qualifications held
• Full time contract Mon-Fri (50 hours p/wk PAYE)

Good news, we have successfully worked through the Safety Advisory Group process for IRONMAN UK, Bolton. We have received full stakeholder support to move forward with the event as planned. We will be implementing our 'Return to Racing' guidelines on the 4th July taking into account prevailing national and local public heath guidelines.

After a long year, we are more than excited to welcome you all back to the Supersapiens IRONMAN UK! Let's go!! 💪
