We had such a great day today at our mummy and me yoga 😍

Kids has great fun playing while mummies got some time to focus on themselves and enjoy yoga.

✨Our Yoga class starts this Friday! ✨

Let your little ones play and enjoy the okay area while you get some me time at the yoga class taken by the wonderful Kelly from lough road Yoga!

Both classes welcome children of all ages and there will be an additional adult in the play area to help support mums during the class.

It really is a two in one situation with both you and your child getting through benefits of the class! 😍
