We regret to inform you of the sad passing of , Ivan (Dodger) Laird 30th August 2026, Peacefully at Waterside Hospital, (surrounded by his loving family, in his 69th year), much loved partner of Sharon, devoted dad of Richie and Kacey, adored grandad of Charlotte, a loving father-in-law of Jenny, dearest brother of Bob, Joan, May, Anne, Lynda, Idena, and Joy, a dear brother-in-law, and uncle.

Service of Thanksgiving in his late home 81 Primity Crescent, Newbuildings, on Tuesday 1st September at 1.30pm, followed by burial in Mountcastle Cemetery.

We regret to inform you of the sad passing of Michael Andrew McGilloway August 28, 2026 Peacefully (in the tender loving care of his family, late of 18, Primity Crescent, Newbuildings in his 65th year) dearly beloved partner of Paula, much loved dad of Amanda (Paul), Scott and Chloe (Matthew), dearest step-dad of Emma, Sean and Ben, precious grandad of Caitlin, Ella, Brooke, Riley, Millie, Maisie, Lily, Ava, Elle and Olivia, a dear brother and uncle.

Funeral service in his daughter Amanda’s home 13 Ebrington Oaks, Waterside on Tuesday 1st September at 11.00 am followed by burial in Ballyoan Cemetery.

Everyone is welcome to call at Amanda’s home on Sunday and Monday from 11.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m..

Funeral service in his late home 107 Primity Crescent, Newbuildings on Thursday 27th August at 12.30 p.m., followed by a walk in the Fountain, burial afterwards in Ballyoan Cemetery.
