I was delighted to be asked once again to create the flowers for the Mayor of Derry City & Strabane District Charity Ball in the Guildhall last weekend. The ball is a chance to celebrate the term of Cllr Ruairi McHugh while raising money for his chosen charities PIPS Su***de Prevention Charity and Castlederg Patient Terminally Ill Comfort Fund. We chose a colourful mix of flowers for an evening of celebration.

We've been so busy this last few weeks thanks to all our fantastic Weddings, Events and shop orders that I haven't shared a little bit of exciting news!... We won Florist of the Year at the UK Business Floristry Awards!

Winning an award is always great and a reflection of the hard work we put in but the most important thing is the reaction from you our customers when we deliver your bouquets, set up your event flowers, teach your workshop... that's the best bit of the job!
