Their “something blue” was hard to miss.

Amanda and Cameron made a little history of their own at Hintze Hall, moving from a candlelit ceremony to an elegant dinner, before finishing with a packed dance floor.

A spirited debut.

The Old Royal Naval College is no stranger to ceremony. For the inaugural Invictus Spirit Awards, its history of service gave the evening particular meaning.

The Invictus community came together with the Foundation’s Founding Patron, the Duke of Sussex, to honour the nominees and winners, celebrating their stories of recovery and determination, and the people who supported them along the way.

A golden iris motif linked the event identity with the scenic design and staging. Gold accents inspired by military ceremony carried through to Veevers Carter’s tablescapes, connecting the details throughout the space.

The evening raised £1.9 million for The Invictus Games Foundation’s work beyond the Games. We’re grateful to have helped bring its first awards night to life.

Holding court at the Tower.

A few centuries of gravitas make quite the backdrop for an evening in good company. Arriving by boat along the Thames sets the tone rather nicely, too.

A tour of the grounds and Crown Jewels gave us plenty to talk about over drinks and canapés on the battlements. Conversation carried through to dinner, where considered tablescapes and generous florals brought a fresh perspective to ancient surroundings.

A setting with stories to tell, and plenty of room for more.

A campaign this ambitious deserved an equally bold introduction.

For the launch of UCL’s Here, it will happen campaign, the British Museum’s Great Court became a canvas for stories of research, ambition and global impact.

Projection, motion graphics, data-led storytelling, filmed personal stories and speaker-supporting visuals evolved throughout the evening, each designed to inform, connect and inspire.

Created by our Content team and brought to life through the wider event production, the result was an experience guests could see, hear and feel.

Orange gets noticed.

There’s evidence behind its impact, too. A 2025 systematic review spanning 128 years of colour–emotion research found that 76% of studies examining orange associated it with joy.[1]

In event design, that response can be shaped through tone, light and material. Saturated orange brings energy and focus. Coral feels softer and more playful. Amber and burnt orange create warmth, depth and intimacy.

Across these events, orange becomes more than a visual thread. It influences how each space is experienced.
