O Rio de Janeiro segue fortalecendo sua presença internacional como destino estratégico para grandes eventos esportivos, institucionais e de negócios.

O Visit Rio, por meio de sua representação na Europa, a Bossa Brazil, participou do evento IWG Women & Sport em Birmingham, uma importante conferência global realizada pelo IOC – International Olympic Committee, que reuniu lideranças, entidades esportivas e representantes internacionais comprometidos com o desenvolvimento do esporte feminino.

Durante o evento, foi anunciado que a próxima edição da conferência será realizada no Rio de Janeiro, em uma parceria estratégica com o COB – Comitê Olímpico Brasileiro.

A escolha do Rio reforça a vocação da cidade para receber eventos internacionais de grande relevância, conectando esporte, turismo, inclusão, legado olímpico e oportunidades de negócios.
