On-the-day coordinator vs venue coordinator… what’s the difference? 🤍

It’s something I’m asked all the time.

A venue coordinator looks after the venue itself, access, logistics and their in-house team.
An on-the-day coordinator looks after you and your plans, timings, suppliers, details and the flow of the day as a whole.

They work brilliantly alongside each other, but they’re not the same role.
And having someone focused solely on your day can make all the difference.

These wooden signs were made by the bride’s own school students especially for her wedding day, a truly personal touch that made the celebration even more meaningful.

We simply helped and provided the wording, but seeing their work come together on the day was incredibly special.
