🎤 SPEAKER SPOTLIGHT

We’re delighted to welcome Olivier Ward to the Scottish Distillery Conference and Dinner 2026 speaker line-up.

Olivier is a leading voice in the global spirits industry, with over 15 years of experience spanning four continents. He is the founder of Everglow Spirits, a consultancy and education platform specialising in liquid development, brand strategy, and route-to-market planning for craft distilleries.

He has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including William Grant & Sons, Diageo/Distilled Ventures, Fever-Tree, Hayman’s, Tarquin’s, and Warner’s, and has also helped commission new distilleries across Australia, India, Lebanon, and Ethiopia.

Alongside his consultancy work, Olivier is a respected author and educator—known for Gin Distilled, co-founding the Junipalooza gin festival, and serving as Head Judge for Gin at the IWSC. He is also the author of the UK Distilling Census, a leading annual report tracking the craft spirits sector in Britain.

Expect insight, challenge, and a sharp look at how liquid, brand, and commercial strategy come together as one system.
