And we’re proud to be celebrating with the kind of wholesome, hearty food that makes British cooking so special!

We think the "Ber months" is when British food really shines ... think, comforting pies, creamy mashed potato, rich gravies, warming soups & those proper hearty meals!

💛 World Su***de Prevention Day

I’m Erwin, the Operations Manager here at Coventry Conferences, and I’m also proud to be one of our Mental Health First Aiders.

For me, being a Mental Health First Aider isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about being someone who is willing to stop & listen when someone needs it.

We can all have difficult days... sometimes we might feel overwhelmed or anxious or maybe not quite ourselves.

Sometimes, we can be very good at hiding it.

That’s why I believe a simple “Are you okay?” can be so important.. but even more importantly, being prepared to genuinely listen to the answer.

As a Mental Health First Aider, I’ve been trained to recognise signs that someone may be struggling, to stop & listen without judgement & to help people find the right support when they need it.

I don’t expect anyone to have to explain everything perfectly. Sometimes you just need someone to sit with you, hear you and remind you that you matter.

💛 You don’t have to have the right words & you're not expected to fix everything but sometimes, just listening is enough.

If someone says they’re struggling, listen.

You never know how much that moment of kindness might mean to them!

Our sustainability mission!!

Sustainability isn’t just something we talk about at CoventryConferences, it’s something we’re actively working towards.

The food we serve, the suppliers we work with & the way that we strive to reduce waste and find smarter ways to operate.

We’re continuously looking at how we can make more sustainable choices across our venue.

One of the partnerships we’re particularly proud of is our work with "Waste Knott"

Waste Knott helps us give surplus food a second life, reducing the amount of perfectly good food that goes to waste.

Instead of seeing surplus as something to throw away, we’re able to work together to turn it into something useful for the local community.

It’s a simple idea, but one that honestly makes a real difference!

We know there’s always more we can do, & our sustainability journey is ongoing. We’re excited to keep finding new ways to make CoventryConferences a more responsible place to, eat & do business.

A huge thank you to Waste Knott for being part of that journey!

We pride ourselves on preparing our event catering fresh, on-site and on the day of your event.

A MASSIVE thank you to our incredible kitchen team for all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes, & to the wider team who make sure every delivery gets where it needs to be, & that it is presented beautifully

Next up in our Meet the Team series is our very own Ezra!💙

Ezra is a bit of a multitasking queen here at CoventryConferences!

Officially, she’s part of our Sales team, but she also wears many other hats, such as - social media and marketing to editing, creative writing, proofreading, asset creation… and honestly, the list goes on! 😂

Sometimes she’s creating the next social post or putting together a poster, maybe writing an email or checking the spelling for the 47th time 🤓

But she's is always busy behind the scenes making things happen!
