It’s World Bee Day!! 🐝 - buzzzz

How better to celebrate than… EATING! - We have a coffee cake with freshly made honeycomb available in the Bistro today :D

(Thanks to bees, we can enjoy so many of our favourite foods- fruits and veggies to chocolate and even coffee!)

But it’s not all honey and sunshine!
Without bees, a third of the food we eat would disappear.

No bees = no pollination = no food.

So today, let’s raise a toast (with honey, obviously) to the tiny workers who keep our planet thriving!

Flower hunt 🌸

We gave Ezra a cardboard vase and sent her out into the wilderness of the CoventryConferences Tech park & Coventry University campus to see how many flowers (and colours) she could find…

Well… she must have got a little lost because she was gone for about an hour 👀

(or maybe she just took the mission very seriously)

She eventually made her way back, slightly dehydrated, but very proud of her collection 🌼

It’s international pie week and of course we’re celebrating properly ♡

Today’s special is our pulled pork & apple pie, served with creamy mash… and honestly? it’s comfort food at its finest.

Slow-cooked pulled pork, perfectly balanced with sweet apple, all wrapped in golden pastry and paired with fluffy mash.
