🌟 As I transitioned from my role at the church, I grappled with the time I felt I had lost with my little one. But I’ve learned that while we can’t reclaim the past, we can embrace the present with open hearts. 🌈❤️ Each moment spent with my Baby Chicken reminds me that love knows no bounds and can heal and ground us in ways we never expected. Here’s to living fiercely in the now! 🐣💖

"Now, his sweet loving benediction 'to marry my couples well' is my daily sending song. I don’t leave home without it. I may fumble around, but I go with the power of the Holy Spirit and my Baby Chicken, into the world.

Somewhere along the way I traded the wrath of Executive Jesus for a new calling. With bouquets and glasses clinking around in the bottom of a leopard bag, I am the keeper of small things that make a wedding day complete in Paris. And I am charged to do this well: speak love."

🌿 Writing Ruffled By Grace was my response to the deep longing for connection and support that many of us experience. It brings me immense joy to know that my words have offered hope to others, reaffirming that no one should journey through their struggles alone.

I am especially grateful for the wonderful Deb, whose light and love inspire me every day. 💛 Together, we can cultivate an authentic community where healing flourishes through shared experiences.
