Masking is a big issue for neurodivergent people in the electronic music scene. Making music and mixing tunes is the easy part for us, but networking and socialising, which is a big part of becoming a successful artist, can take its toll.

Here, we give some tips on how to unmask safely, to make you feel more comfortable as an ADHD or an autistic person trying to make it in music. 💚

Had fun recording a jungle set at Club Curated recently!

Lots of breaks, a few warpers. Headed a lil into breakcore territory too 👾

Hard to find the words for how grateful I am for this gig.

Before I was even asked to play here, me and Jake Jordi Worrall had already bought tickets because we had such an incredible time seeing The Prodigy Official at Glastonbury last year, and we were so excited to see them at home in Manchester.

When I got the email asking me not only to open for them, but also to play on the iconic Arcadia stage, one of my favourite stages at Glastonbury, I had to literally pinch myself to check I wasn’t dreaming. 😅

I was so happy I could play alongside Egg On Toast too - b2b dream team 💚

Asides from our set, from a fan’s perspective, I was also just happy to get in the pit for Prodigy once again (in the pi***ng rain 🤪)!

Thank you so much NOT BAD FOR A GIRL | EQUAL PARTS HIT & RUN The Warehouse Project Arcadia The Prodigy Official for making my DJ dreams come true 🥹✨

I had on my Steam Radio show last week for a guestmix and she played a blinder!

Funky, heavy jungle and footwork, recorded on 3 decks ✨

I also recorded a mix for the first half hour of the show, packed with percussion. Swipe for some blends from both mixes 🥁

💜 The Beat-Herder Festival APPRECIATION POST 💜

I bloody love this festival. It’s northern, true to its roots, independent and a place where you can feel free, and be yourself.

Feel so grateful to have played on such a sick stage. I may not have had the biggest crowd but the people who were there were loving it, and that’s what matters 💚

I recorded my set - lots of euphoric and heavy jungle and hardcore, in equal measure!

Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria can be incredibly disabling for people with ADHD.

It can invoke not just emotional, but also physical responses to perceived rejection and criticism, such as feeling sick or even bodily discomfort and pain.

It makes a creative profession like DJing and/or producing a real challenge, where you are frequently having to deal with rejection and criticism.

What’s your experience with RSD? Do you have any tips on how to tackle it? Let me know in the comments below 💚

Had the best time doing a b2b with for last month! The system blew me away - proper rib rattler 🥵

Doing a 140 to 170 set was incredibly fun and I played a lot of old classics like this World A Music bootleg by 💜

The most amazing weekend at and ‘s wedding!

Managed to fit in a visit to Stonehenge and Avebury too, since we were in Wiltshire. Was amazing being able to walk in the steps of our ancestors 🪨

Swipe to the end for a bonus ghost story from the Avebury village pub 👻

was one of my first ever festival bookings as a baby DJ. I won a competition to play The Garage stage back in 2019, where I played a vinyl set inside a literal car.

There was an issue with one of the turntables and only one was working for half of my set, so I didn’t do much mixing (luckily for me - I still haven’t mastered playing on vinyl 🤣).

I’m sooo excited to be back again this year, playing on The Fortress stage which is my favourite stage there too! 🥹 The lineup is absolutely stacked - it’s an honour to be playing alongside the likes of and .

Swipe to see the lineup and a video from my 2019 set 🐑❤️‍🔥
