CoNet

Throwback to our 3rd edition - it wouldn’t have been the same without the mentors who showed up for it, some in the room, some from a distance. Swipe through to meet them 👉

In person, we were lucky to have Silvana, Mohit, and Ragnar guiding our Mentor Circles - plus one more mentor who preferred to stay behind the scenes 💛

Together, the topics covered professional networking & opportunity spotting, green & digital transformation of the energy sector, international career integration, engineering & design, and building a creative career & professional network.

Three more mentors supported us remotely and are happy to keep the conversation going if you’d like to reach out directly:

Sofie Beier Nørgaard - Learning and development - https://www.linkedin.com/in/sofie-beier-noergaard/

Anna Rivière -Turning social science skills into a career in tech - https://www.linkedin.com/in/anna-rivière/

Agata Jacobs - Leadership experience - https://www.linkedin.com/in/agataperucka/

Huge thanks to all of you 🙏

CoNet's 3rd edition happened last night at Spinderihallerne - and it was amazing. 🤝

So many new faces joined us!
While we wait for the professional pictures from our amazing volunteer photographer, Simeon, here's a reel where our four founders each share a line about what CoNet actually is to them: a place for professionals who are looking to network but are tired of stiff, formal job fairs.
A place where everyone is welcome, and where you can genuinely meet new people - not just exchange business cards.

Thank you to everyone who came, talked, listened, and made the evening what it was. This is exactly why we keep doing this.

During our Mentorship Circle, mentors will be there to share stories, experiences and perspectives. This is a group conversation, so you’re part of the equation too.

+ Bring your questions, thoughts or doubts

+ Come with a topic or direction you’d like to explore

+ Bring anything you’d like feedback on: a project, CV, article, idea, or challenge you’re working through

Each group will have have 45–50 minutes with a mentor.

Come prepared to make the conversation flow!

💙 CONET MeetUp is back!

On 24 September, we’re meeting at Spinderihallerne in Vejle from 18:30 for an evening of conversations, connections and new ideas.
We’ll be joined by some great mentors who are ready to share their experiences and have open, informal conversations with the community.

Curious about what we’ll explore with our mentors? 👀
Here are some of the topics we’ll talk about during the evening. 💬

Come say hi, ask questions, meet new people and enjoy the evening with us! 💙

CoNet is a community, and we'd love your help capturing it 📸

We're looking for a volunteer photographer for our 3rd edition - no experience or equipment needed, just someone who'd enjoy being part of the evening.

Interested? Send us a DM!

📣 Open Call for Mentors!

We're starting Mentorship Circles — a new format to highlight the unique wisdom brewing in our commUNITY. A space for mentors to share their technique and knowledge, and for our commUNITY to step into new experiences together.

So, what is circular mentorship? It's a collaborative, group learning format where a small team of peers meets to share knowledge, offer mutual support, and guide each other's growth. No expert-on-a-pedestal, no one-on-one hierarchy — just the recognition that knowledge lives in all of us, and grows when we share it.

Here's what we're looking for in a facilitator:

✅ Real experience in your field, or deep knowledge of a topic
✅ Comfort guiding a small group conversation (think dialogue, not presentation)
✅ A theme you're genuinely excited to explore with others
✅ Alignment with the relaxed, peer-to-peer spirit of our events
✅ Ability to join us in person (usually in the Vejle area)

You'd facilitate a circle of up to 10 people for 30–40 minutes — diving into a skill, a lesson, an industry insight, or a question worth exploring together.

Topics our community is already curious about:

🎨 Creative Careers in Denmark
🔄 Career Change & New Paths
🤖 AI & the Future of Work
⚙️ Professional Development in Engineering & Design
📈 Career Development in Finance & Insurance
🏛️ Working in the Danish Public Sector
🧭 From Informal Leadership to Management
🌱 Green & Energy Transformation
…and more!

Many of you have come to us with themes and ideas to explore together. Since our power resides in our commUNITY, we're now building a database of mentors with the passion, knowledge and generosity to hold these wisdom spaces with their peers.
