Longer days, warmer evenings, and a new menu on the tables 🌱
As always, we recommend sharing a few plates, so you can taste your way through what the kitchen has been working on lately.
What’s new?
Fresh ceviche with tomato and fermented habanero. Grilled aubergine with yoghurt, dill and chili oil. Gnocchi with peas, asparagus and Vesterhavsost. And our oven-baked chicken with roasted potatoes, olives and herbs.
The butterbeans with stracciatella are still here. We know many of you keep coming back for those.
