Das Timba Paradies Festival bereichert mit seinem weitreichenden Angebot aus Tanz, Sport, Sprache und Musik die kulturelle Vielfalt im Saarland und lockt Besucher auch aus den umliegenden Regionen nach Saarbrücken. After celebrating the first 4 huge and successful events which offered a great time to all Cubaneros and Cubaneras who travelled to us from everywhere, we are again about to present an even bigger edition! Cuban zest for life, Cuban music, dances and an insight into the Afro-Cuban culture: all of this is what the festival Timba Paradies has to offer! It is already the fifth time in sequence that we are proud to give our audiences in Saarland the chance to immerse in Cuban lifestyle, enjoy fantastic music and learn more about the folklore and Cuban way of life. An unforgettable Salsa live concert by the band “El Niño y la Verdad” awaits all the music enthusiasts. The choreographers of our shows are internationally famous dancers and artists of the Salsa scene and therefore well-known for their first-class entertainment. Fans of dance and sports have the chance to benefit from the training sessions led by professional dancers and thereby advance their own dancing skills. The Timba Paradies Festival with its multi-facetted program when it comes to dance, sports, its wide range of languages and music adds value to the cultural variety in the Saarland region and attracts also visitors from the near-by regions, promoting Saarbrücken’s tourism. In a nutshell, as one of the biggest Cuban-style dance festivals of Germany, we stand for values like tolerance and open-heartedness; and through Cuban rhythm we bring happiness and cheerfulness to life in Saarland!
