💫2025, what a year!

✨ This year marked 10 years of Blooming Flower Design, and looking back on these weddings fills us with so much gratitude.

From the very beginning, our goal has been to bring our passion and creativity to every couple, styling weddings with intention and bringing floral visions to life in a way that feels personal and meaningful.

In 2025, we had the honour of working with some truly wonderful couples and being part of so many special moments. Thank you to everyone who trusted us with your day.

Alongside florals, we’ve also been offering wedding coordination for many years, and this season we felt especially grateful to be trusted not only with the flowers, but with helping bring entire wedding days together seamlessly. Supporting couples in this way is something we truly love.

As we close out this milestone year, our hearts are full. Thank you for being part of our journey!

It was a beautiful September day for this outdoor backyard wedding 💕

One of the most important things we’ve learned after being in the wedding business for over 10 years is to be flexible, keep calm and carry on.

Normally we’d deal with things like high winds, scorching sun or logistics of getting the flowers to the venue…

…This time, we dealt with a medical emergency 😅 Kat is fine, her hand is almost healed and she’s ready to take on the upcoming weddings, but will probably stay away from the sharp cutters 😂

💕Reach Out:
Start by getting in touch with us and sharing as many details as you can about your big day, your venue, style, color palette, inspiration, and anything else you'd like us to know.

💕Custom Proposal:
Based on what you share, we’ll put together a personalized floral proposal tailored to your vision and needs. You'll have a chance to review it and then we'll schedule a call to walk through everything together.

💕Refinements + Booking:
After our call, we’ll make any needed adjustments and finalize the proposal. Once you're happy with everything, we secure your date with a deposit.

💕Final Touches:
We typically book 6–10 months in advance. About 6–8 weeks before your wedding, we’ll reconnect to confirm all the final details and any updates.

Throughout the entire process, we’re here for you. You’ll always have full transparency, and you can reach out anytime with questions, ideas, or changes.

We are a floral studio based in Toronto, serving surrounding areas in the GTA, including Hamilton, Burlington, and Richmond Hill.

As a family, creativity always came easy to us. As our friends started to get engaged, and planning their weddings, they came to us for help. That’s when we discovered that flowers are an essential part of any special day – they help set the mood and theme for the day.
