For our Urbanists, we love The Broadview. It's accessible, the team is lovely and so accommodating, and the vibe of Lincoln Hall with the adjacent terrace makes this an easy and elegant choice.

For us designers, who doesn't love a venue that has built ins for ceiling installs that the vertically challenged like half my team can swing from with a regular 10' ladder?!

This dress. I still think about this bride in this dress. It's all style. It takes a certain kind of confidence and bride to forego the layers of tulle, the lace, the embroidery, and simply rely on silhouette and sharp pleats.

Warm, peach fuzz vibes for equally warm summer nights. We mixed coral, burgundy, blush and burnt oranges for layered textures and depth.

This couple are childhood sweethearts. Literally, they've known each other since grade school. Love is never perfect (I can attest to that) but that seems pretty close.

We are not good with sharing things on here in any linear fashion.

Let me explain who we are. While we design gorgeous events for our beautiful clients, we may compose the musical score to an off, off, way off Broadway Star Wars play. Or devise a plan to fight racism using big ass speakers and a Mariachi band because you can't spread hate if nobody can hear a lick of what you're saying.

We may cuss alot.

We like to have fun. We like to get'r done. But make no mistake, we're serious about our business, ❤️ for our clients, our design philosophy, and how we can marry that all together. We take care of each other and our colleagues with whom we work.

As you might surmise, personality is paramount.

If you are a critical thinker, can take initial direction but work autonomously and have at least a year of floral design in both a retail and event capacity, we want to hear from you.

This casual part-time role will float between our floral shop inside the Shangri-La Hotel and event design (at our Leaside studio and on-site throughout the GTA) as needed.

Many have asked about dates for our BLOOMbar by Fête Boutique Floral + Events Holiday Makers Series for 2021.

We always have such a blast holding these at our Leaside Studio. In the midst of Covid last year, it was such a salve to be able to create amongst our community and meet Makers from the young to the young at heart.

I'm happy to announce our initial dates for our Grinch Tree and wreath making workshops. These classes are much in the style of Painter's Lounge in that you design from an example and with initial instructions from one of our talented designers.

In the next day I'll also add some centerpiece design options too.

For the next two weeks, we're supporting a teen's budding vintage clothing business by allowing him to host a pop up, retro clothing shop in our studio (Fete Flowers) at 209 McRae Drive.

PTSD for us genuinely of that era but kind of fun for those with tweens/teens.

Trendy and authentic KWay jackets, vintage leather and fur jackets, Run DMC/Theodore Huxtable style sweaters, and 70/80/90s denim.

Apparently, it's a thing amongst the young and fashionable.

So style THAT flock of seagulls 'do and come for the Depeche Mode but stay for the retro fits. 😂
