If you’re going to rent a tent, shouldn’t you be able to see it first? 👀🎪

Planning a tented event used to involve a lot of imagination.

You’d look at a tent size on a quote, measure the yard, and basically try to picture how everything was going to fit.

We think you should be able to actually see it.

For this event, we created a 3D layout of the customer’s property before setup day, including the tents, house, tables, chairs, stage and overall event layout.

Then we went out and built it.

Here is a look at a few of the exhibitor spaces our team completed for Ag in Motion 2026, including the Fuel Nexus exhibit.

These setups included:
