We say it all the time, but we truly have the absolute best customers! ❤️
Back in August, we hit one of those days where everything that could go wrong, did. Our truck broke down on the way to an event, and to make matters worse, the trailer key was stuck on the truck ring while we waited for the tow truck. It was definitely not our finest hour! 😅
We scrambled to get another vehicle into the city as quickly as possible, extended the rental by two hours, and gave a discount to make things right.
Some things are out of our control, but doing our best for the people who trust us will always be in our control. Thank you to all our customers for your grace and support when life throws a curveball!
