I’m always impressed at the ingenuity of the home chef 👨‍🍳. A good friend of mine makes some insanely delicious South African salami and to achieve that chewy cured texture without any special equipment he hangs them in his furnace room with a fan and humidifier, dropping the moisture content, lightly fermenting and curing the meat all within a few days 😮 🤩. Best salami ever Frickie!!!

Hand picked wild asparagus 🍃 for our salad feature today folks, with goat cheese 🧀, tempura corn 🌽 and oregano 🌿 honey 🍯 Vinny. I only had what I picked fresh so there’s a limited supply 😂
