Crafty Pots is Markham's boredom-proof destination for walk-in fun and birthday parties since 2008. Walk in and paint, no appointment needed.

and fun for the whole family all-year round! We opened in 2008 as franchised Color Me Mine studio, and became Crafty Pots in 2018 as a fully independent studio with more activities and lower prices. Come and enjoy quality time, with the family or friends, or just to enjoy some "me" time. Share some creativity, and make something nice for yourself while you're at it. If you feel artistically challenged, our staff wil be happy to help you get started. Find us on Markham Main Street North, part of Markham Road/Hw.48 between Hw 7 and 16th avenue with easy and free parking right behind the studio or on the street

There is no studio fee, and the ceramics painting experience starts around $24 with the majority of the items between $28 and $35 plus tax, all individually prized. The painted ceramics are typically ready for pickup 5-7 days later.

March Break is almost here and we’re just as excited as all the kids! We can’t wait to see everyone again, having a great time at Crafty Pots. We aim to have the best selection in the entire GTA and great prices.

A whole lot of awesome new pieces are already on the shelves for you to choose.

Seating is first come, first served. We have added additional tables to the already large studio, so come on in. We do not do reservations, sorry.

During March Break we'll be open at 11 am, and starting Thursday March 16 you will enjoy a repeat visit discount of 10% on ceramics if you’ve already painted on Sat Mar 11 or later.

As a special treat, each group will get a coupon for a cookie or a small ice cream to be redeemed at the lovely local Cats Meow cafe around the corner on Robinson Street during March Break. Limit one per group/table.

During March Break we unfortunately cannot offer glass fusing or board art due to space constraints. Glow in the dark is unavailable because we've unexpectedly run out of glow paint, sorry.

Pottery wheel throwing is only possible if you are experienced and require no instruction at all, only for max 4, and only if staff feels able, sorry. A few hours advance notice is required.

It’s probably no surprise that discounts cannot be combined, and the repeat visit discount can’t be claimed during the same day. Other restrictions may apply, please ask in the studio.

March Break Madness is almost here and we’re just as excited as all the kids! We can’t wait to see everyone again, having a great time at Crafty Pots, for the first March Break since 2019! We have a huge selection, the biggest in the GTA by far and great prices.

During March Break (Monday to Friday):

• You get even more out of your days because we'll open at 9 am!
• You get the Early Bird 10% discount on ceramics when you arrive before 10 am.
• Starting Thursday and ending Sunday there will be a repeat visit discount of 10% on the ceramics if you’ve already painted between Sat Mar 12 and Wed Mar 16.
• You'll meet someone very special in the studio, Dia, our beloved manager from the Color Me Mine days is now back with a very special surprise!
• You'll get a coupon for $2 off icecream at the Cats Meow Cafe on Robinson Street. This time we can't hand out cookies like we did in the past because of the masks, but please enjoy some great icecream at the Cafe instead.

Coming to Crafty Pots is a great opportunity to enjoy quality time with the kids and share some creativity, and make something nice for yourself while you're at it. WE ARE A DROP IN STUDIO!! No need to make a reservation, drop by any time! At Crafty Pots you'll be creating memories of a great visit that you can keep for years. It's a lot better than an evening at the movies, and you end up with something that everyone can be proud of. There is no studio fee, and items to paint are individually priced and the majority of the items are between $28 and $33. The items are ready for pickup within a week, typically 5-7 days later.
