Wow! This was the only picture I had time to take...what a a evening at Cafe Drewhaven We must have served at least 520 bites maybe more, Woliwon to Indulge Food & W**e for inviting me to be part of this incredible event. Oh and KWEYcuisine's was a decunstructed Pow wow taco, and it was a hit. If any one took a picture I would love you to share it! Woohoo!! Indulge Food & W**e 2026 here we come!!! 🎉🧑‍🍳

Welcome back Chef Amy Pelletier of KWEY cuisine! You can find her during The Taste of St. Andrews inside Drewhaven.

Based in the Madawaska Maliseet First Nation, Chef Amy blends her Indigenous and Acadian roots with refined French techniques to create dishes that are heartfelt, authentic, and beautifully balanced. Through KWEYcuisine, she celebrates local ingredients and traditions while sharing the stories that make Atlantic Canada’s food culture so special.

We’re truly honoured to have Chef Amy join us this weekend and share her inspired approach to flavour, heritage, and community.
