We’re seeking an exceptionally upbeat, motivated, and energetic Client Care Associate who is creative, professional, approachable, and brings a positive work ethic to everything they do.
PRIMARY ROLE
The River City Events Client Care Associate will embody an energetic, professional, approachable, positive, outgoing, and motivated spirit.
The primary focus of this role is to deliver the highest level of client service and sales for River City Events products and services through opportunity-based rental and sales quotas.
This means:
+ Providing top-tier client service to both current and potential clients.
+ Reaching business targets through excellent telephone, sales, and communication skills.
+ Generating revenue by creating sales leads, initiating prospective calls, and establishing strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing clients.
+ This role requires integrity, vision, professionalism, and a passion for excellence. It’s a dynamic and interactive position where no two days look the same!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
+ Greeting, directing, and assisting clients and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm, always ensuring the highest level of service.
+ Answering and referring inbound calls, assisting inquiries and doing rental quotations through the order desk, phone, web, and direct client contact - ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
+ Coordinating and communicating office activities, supporting showroom organization/maintenance, and providing clerical support to the Client Care and Administration teams.
+ Building authentic, long-lasting client relationships while consistently hitting sales goals.
+ Supporting the RCE team with marketing-related projects:
+ Contributing to social media and promotional efforts.
+ Capturing event moments for content and client engagement.
+ Assisting Marketing with creative campaigns to showcase River City Events online and in the community.
+ Jumping into the action, supporting off-site events, set-up, strike, and on-site activations.
+ Hosting and assisting with in-house events as required.
+ Bringing your creativity and eye for detail to both client projects and showroom presentations.
+ Other duties may be assigned as necessary… because events are anything but ordinary.
