We were proud to be part of this year’s Feast on the Field, helping bring this incredible evening to life with our rentals

Hosted at Commonwealth Stadium, the annual event brings together great food, local talent, and an even greater cause. From a long-table dinner on the turf to live entertainment and activities, it was an unforgettable night in support of continuing care and seniors in our community.

Wondering how delivery and pickup work for event rentals in Edmonton? 🚚

We offer both delivery and customer pickup options, so you can choose what works best for your event.

For delivery, we service Edmonton and surrounding areas, with fees starting at $99 each way within Edmonton. Planning an event outside the city? No problem! Delivery fees are based on the distance to your location.

Want to save on delivery costs? You can pick up and return your rentals directly from River City Events. Our one-way garage is designed to make loading, pickup and drop-off as simple as possible.

Need your rentals a little earlier than planned? Just ask! Depending on availability, our team will always do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Yesterday was Burgers to Beat MS Day, so naturally we ordered 42 Teen Burgers for the team. 🍔

For every Teen Burger sold, A&W donated $2 to MS Canada, one of the organizations we’re lucky to work with every year. It was an easy excuse to treat the crew to lunch and support a great cause at the same time!
