Welp, we'll definitely be there this weekend...

Dust off your dirndl, we’re throwing a big Oktoberfest party here on Seventy Gr8 Avenue! 🍻

We’ll be closing the street down, decorating some big giant tents and pouring German-style beers brewed for the occasion. There’s also an all-star lineup of food friends slingin’ eats! We’ll have enough pretzels, brats, and smoked chicken to pop a button on your lederhosen.

Thanks to River City Events for helping us out with the tents and Pals Sandwiches, BonTonBakery, Fuge Sausage, and Pitt County BBQ for hopping on to make magic with the munchables! We’ll Seeya next weekend on the Ave!

Renting a tent for your event? Here’s what you need to know before setup. ⛺

Our trained River City Events team handles the setup of our pole and frame tents, so you don’t have to worry about putting it together yourself. Weather conditions can affect when and how setup happens, and safety will always come first.

Before installation, your tent setup area should be flat, clear of obstacles and have enough additional space surrounding the tent. Utility line locates are also required before installation to help ensure a safe setup.

Need a little more coverage or comfort? Sidewalls, heaters and lighting are available as add-ons, depending on your tent and event needs.

We also offer different setup and delivery options depending on the tent you’re renting and the details of your event.

PRIMARY ROLE

The River City Events Client Care Associate will embody an energetic, professional, approachable, positive, outgoing, and motivated spirit.

This role focuses on delivering the highest level of client service and sales for River City Events' products and services through opportunity-based rental and sales quotas.

This means:
+ Providing top-tier client service to both current and potential clients.
+ Reaching business targets through excellent telephone, sales, and communication skills.
+ Generating revenue by creating sales leads, initiating prospective calls, and establishing strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing clients.

This role requires integrity, vision, professionalism, and a passion for excellence. It’s a dynamic, interactive position where no two days are the same!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

+ Greet, direct, and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm, always ensuring the highest level of service.
+ Answering and referring inbound calls, assisting inquiries and doing rental quotations through the order desk, phone, web, and direct client contact - ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
+ Coordinating and communicating office activities, supporting showroom organization/maintenance, and providing clerical support to the Client Care and Administration teams.
+ Building authentic, long-lasting client relationships while consistently hitting sales goals.
+ Other duties may be assigned as necessary… because events are anything but ordinary.
