We've got another session of Music & Moves with Baby coming up!

This 6-week course is designed by Music Therapist Jessica Pereversoff and Somatic Dance Therapist Candice Pike to engage both parent and baby with music and movement activities, while nurturing their developmental milestones, strengthening parent-child connection, and supporting your own well-being as a new parent.

Sunday was a busy day for the Dance Hub team! 🎃

Candice led the Special Olympics Dance Party, and Joël and our Dance Leaders joined the Autism Society’s Trunk or Treat! We love opportunities like these to share our love of dance beyond the studio, and connect with other organizations doing great work in the community! 🤍

Last night, our dance leaders had the opportunity to learn from Jessica Wyatt of Autism Society NL, who presented on autism acceptance and understanding.

As many know, we try to make our programs as accessible as possible, and that means equipping our dance leaders with the knowledge and tools to better support neurodivergent dancers.
