New! Modern/Contemporary for Grades 5–8.

Looking for a dance class where your tween/teen can move, create, and express themselves? This new offering is the perfect place to explore modern and contemporary dance in a fun, creative environment.

It’s great for first-time dancers, too! No previous experience needed.

Students will explore:
- Movement as a form of expression
- Creativity & improvisation
- Composition - learning how to create their own dances
- Opportunities to develop their own movement style

A great middle ground between ballet and jazz, Modern/Contemporary gives young dancers more freedom to experiment and express themselves while building their dance skills! 🩵

This is the time to get your new shoes (and exchange any gently used shoes to our shoe exchange program for the next happy dancer to use), visit the space, register or pay for classes, and get all your back-to-dance needs met.

Please get in touch by the end of the month if you suspect any of your lost goods are at the Dance Hub. We will be donating lost items over the summer.
