This was shared during the workshop today after I talked about my journey into entrepreneurship and how vulnerable it has been at times. One of our lovely participants told me, “A smooth sea never made a good sailor.”

This is so true isn’t it? We learn by doing, and in true Ms. Frizzle 🚌🪄 fashion- by making mistakes and getting messy!

After a long summer business season blended with my own personal life happenings- this meant so much to me today.

And so I felt compelled to pass it on to you- and to remind you that challenges are part of a rich and fully lived life, that you’ll not be given hardships greater than you can bear (((though you might sometimes wonder why you’re trusted with them!!)) and that most of all…

you can do hard things 🫶🏻
