Have Knives Will Travel Northumberland In-home Special Event & Private Catering Chef Michelle, of "Have Knives Will Travel" has a culinary background in classic french cuisine. July 13th & 14th.

That said, she is well versed in many other culture's classic dishes. Have Knives Will Travel caters to a niche market that allows her to present her culinary talent in a "Private Catering for small intimate gatherings" in your own home affair. This weekend, she will be presenting some classic greek food at Laveanne on our outdoor BBQ grill.. Classic chicken slouvaki, greek grilled potatoes with lemon, vegetable kabobs, greek salad and of course tzatziki sauce to compliment it all.

Local lamb… local rutabaga a.k.a. Turnip… turnup was sprinkled with nutmeg, star anise, cardamom, and Vietnamese cinnamo...

Local lamb… local rutabaga a.k.a. Turnip… turnup was sprinkled with nutmeg, star anise, cardamom, and Vietnamese cinnamon roasted in the oven… then walnuts in a little pan with lots of butter and hit it with a whiskey, maple syrup and drizzle that over top so simple so comforting!
