SLEEPOVER TIPS FROM OUR EXPERIENCE! ✨
💤 Keep bedtime fun, and the morning easy!
🌙 Start the party at 5–6 PM at the earliest
Give everyone time to arrive, settle in, eat, and get comfortable before the evening really gets going! If guests arrive too early, it makes for a very LONG night (for everyone!)
🎨 Keep them busy in the evening!
Have a few activities planned to keep the fun going:
Games 🎲
Crafts 🎨
Spa time 💅
Karaoke 🎤
Movies 🎬
Anything that gets them laughing and having fun!
📱 Keep your phone close by!
Let parents know that they may get a call if their child decides they’d like to go home. It’s completely normal, especially for first-time sleepovers! ❤️ (We hear it almost every weekend!)
☀️ Pick-up after breakfast
I recommend having parents pick up after breakfast, around 9–10 AM at the latest. (I had this conversation with a Mom today, can't recommend it enough hearing stories of kids staying until noon or later and the Moms realizing they need a break after a long (sometimes sleepless night) 🥹
It keeps the morning relaxed and gives everyone a chance to wake up, eat, and enjoy a little more time together, but not too much time! 😂

Keep it fun, flexible & low-pressure!
Every child is different, and sometimes a little homesickness happens but the goal is for everyone to have a safe, happy night they’ll remember! ✨
