Working with a professional and knowledgeable team is key to producing a successful event.

Today I had an incredible meeting with — and let me tell you, this event is right in their wheelhouse. I walked away energized, inspired, and confident that they are going to absolutely nail the design, theme, and overall experience.

When you work collaboratively with people who share the same values and standards, you get into that rhythm where you naturally anticipate each other’s needs — and that, to me, is where the magic happens.

Vendor relationships matter.

The event industry can sometimes fall into a “competition mindset,” when in reality, collaboration is where real growth lives. There is more than enough business to go around — and greatness happens when we lean into our strengths instead of trying to be everything to everyone.

Know your niche. Stay in your lane. Be exceptional at what you do.

You’re only as strong as the team around you — and today was a perfect reminder of that.

The LP Events team is out in Spartanburg, SC and even though the temps are low, the hype is HIGH!
