From the very first phone conversation I had with Christianne, I felt an instant connection. Her friendly, bubbly personality was so welcoming, and I immediately knew Elope in Banff was the right company for us.
Christianne was incredibly helpful from our initial consultation all the way through our wedding day. Everything was straightforward and well organized, with clear communication, regular updates, and detailed timelines leading up to the wedding. My partner and I have very busy work schedules, so having a planner who handled virtually everything significantly reduced our stress.
The all-inclusive town of Banff package was perfect. We didn't have to worry about a thing other than showing up and enjoying our special day. We are so grateful to Christianne and her team—everyone was professional, organized, and wonderful to work with.
Before the wedding, Christianne met with us and showed us the ceremony locations, which we really appreciated. It helped us build a personal connection with her and made us feel even more comfortable and excited for the day.
On our wedding day, Christianne went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. She made sure my makeup stayed on schedule, brought my flowers to our hotel, confirmed my partner was at the ceremony location, and arranged transportation for me. She was incredibly calming and supportive throughout the day. At one point between photos, I wasn't feeling well, and she had a granola bar, water and gravol ready for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and those little details made a huge difference.
We also added videography to our package, and I highly recommend it. The sneak peek video we received just a few days later was absolutely amazing! Michael, our videographer, was fantastic to work with, and Simon, our photographer, was equally wonderful. The sneak peek photos are stunning, especially those taken at Lake Minnewanka, where we chose to have our ceremony. We can't wait to see the rest of our photos and our full wedding video. The photos captured and sneak peek video created a fairy tale feel!
