Checking in from the 2026 IRF Invitational in Scottsdale, where EDS was proud to co-host yesterday’s IRFology activation alongside Silversea, Royal Caribbean, and 3D Cruise Partners.

From branded Jenga blocks to an inspiring keynote by Zack Kass on The Next Renaissance, the energy here has been exactly what great incentive experiences are all about: connection, creativity, and conversations that move the industry forward.

Over the course of an unforgettable journey across the Mediterranean, the vessel evolved into a fully immersive experience at sea—where bold event design, elevated branding, evolving florals, and destination-inspired moments transformed every chapter of the voyage.

From vibrant welcome celebrations and Riviera-inspired evenings to immersive deck experiences and a custom drone show over Barcelona cruise port, each moment was intentionally designed to spark connection, celebrate achievement, and leave a lasting impact long after the journey ended.
