Fair title. Flowers have a personality of their own—you just have to know how to listen.

**In simple terms, what do you make sure goes right behind the scenes?**
I make sure all the moving parts come together to create something beautiful.

**What’s something people would be surprised to learn about floral and event operations?**
The best events look effortless, but there’s a lot happening behind the scenes to make that possible.

**What’s your favorite part of seeing an event come together?**
The moment a vision becomes reality.

**When things get hectic, what keeps you calm and focused?**
Experience—and remembering that there’s always a solution.

**If you had to describe your work style in three words, what would they be?**
Creative. Intentional. Calm.

**Off the clock—what does a good day off look like for you?**
A good Cuban cigar, a glass of single malt Scotch, a Trinidadian curry, and nowhere to be.

The many faces of LeRoy: office mode, setup mode, driver mode, heavy-lifting mode - and still smiling through it all.

✨ Meet the Team: LeRoy | Cacique Events and Production Manager.

**What does a typical event day look like for you?**
I start my mornings early to make sure everything is set and ready for the event, then spend the day making sure production runs smoothly with my team.

**What’s one thing people don’t see or realise about what goes into event setup?**
The labor can be really intense, so you definitely need to be in good physical shape for some setups.

**What’s your approach when things don’t go exactly to plan?**
Events can be very unpredictable, so things usually don’t go exactly as planned - but honestly, that’s the fun part. I try to stay on my toes and always have backup plans ready for any situation.

**What do you enjoy most about bringing events to life?**
The end result. Seeing all the work and effort from Team Cacique come together brings a level of satisfaction I can’t explain.

**Early setup or late breakdown?**
Definitely early setups. I’m not built for the late-night breakdown life.

**What does a good day off look like for you?**
A pack of Kalik Golds and some shrimp tacos on the beach 😄

Some nights just have the right chemistry. 🍷✨

Uncorked 2026 was one of them.

A unique coming together of Young's Fine Wine , The Island House, and yours truly Cacique International—built around the idea that great wine deserves more than a tasting table. It deserves atmosphere. Movement. Music. Conversation. A little theatre.

The result? A terrace full of energy, beautifully curious people, flowing pours, and the kind of evening that reminds us why experiential design matters in the first place.

Grateful to our collaborators, grateful to everyone who showed up, and already dreaming about where we take Uncorked next. 🥂

I make sure nothing important gets lost between “we ordered it” and “we need it now.” …was that 10 words 😄?

What’s something people would be surprised to learn about what you do?
Tracking numbers might seem boring, but they can make or break an entire event.

Are you more of a “plan everything” person or “figure it out as you go”?
Definitely a planner. You can never be too ready!

What do you enjoy most about being part of Team Cacique?
The connections I’ve made, the culture, and the camaraderie.

When things get hectic, what’s your go-to mindset?
Pressure is part of the job—just stay sharp and keep going.

Off the clock, what do you do in your spare time and what keeps you motivated?
I enjoy working out to stay disciplined, and when I want to unwind, I’ll jump on my PS5.

What does a great day at Team Cacique look like for you?
A great day for me is when everything just flows - the team is in sync, the client is happy, and we’re bringing a vision to life exactly how we imagined (or even better). Those are the days where all the moving parts just click.

What’s one thing people would be surprised to learn about what you do?
Honestly, how much happens behind the scenes. It’s not just planning events, it’s problem-solving, managing last-minute changes, coordinating a million details, and still making it all look effortless.

What’s your secret to keeping everything running smoothly when things get hectic?
Staying calm and staying organised. When things get hectic, I just focus on what needs to be done right now and tackle it step by step.

You’re known for bringing great energy to everything—where does that come from?
I genuinely love what I do. Seeing everything come together and creating experiences for people gives me that energy. And I’m big on mindset, I try to show up positive no matter what’s going on.
