Ever wondered what our gourmet buffet includes?
You start with house cured Salmon with spices.
Oysters with mignonette dressing and an array of cheeses, meats and other charceuterie delights.
Then you have delicious meats for mains, these people chose crispy pork belly in a sticky Asian sauce and slow cooked beef brisket along with 4 gourmet salads. She was one heavy cake!
What a challenge and so much fun bringing this one to life. Thank goodness we own a commercial fridge for the catering side of things or this baby wouldn't have had anywhere to go!

The Great Barrier Reef Festival has begun!
We'll be making a guest appearance away from wedding and function catering to serve up some delish food down at the foreshore. You'll see us setup near the big park, where the movie will be playing.
Come and grab some delish food, watch the movie and you have to stay for the fireworks!!

This beauty went on a ferry and had some sightseeing before she landed on Hayman Island...Lucky duck, even my cakes have made it there before me 🤣🤣
2 tiers of chocolate raspberry mud with raspberry gel. Finished off with swiss meringue buttercream and edible lace on the bottom tier.
