Helium balloons 🎈

We have made the decision to now stop selling helium balloons. Helium is a non renewable & it is rapidly depleting. Very importantly balloon waste is a major issue for our environment.
We do still have our self inflated balloons, for birthdays & babies.
Let your florals shine, front & centre. Goodbye balloons 🎈

What a beautifully relaxed yearly pause we've had with our family.
This morning we've been knee deep in blooms once again! Back on the tools, bringing you that TP style - that cannot be found anywhere else.

Our closing hours for the Christmas break are as follows -

25th December - 12th January 2026

We will be reopening on Tuesday 13th January 2026

We have had an incredible 18th year here at Tall Poppy Florist. Thank you for all of your support, we are very grateful & so proud.

For those that are close to our family you will know that the last 6 months have been very challenging for us & we have experienced incredible sadness.

We have had to farewell a beloved close family member to agressive lung cancer & also another to su***de.

It has been enormously traumatic, we have been deeply affected by the grief & loss, but through it all we have had the ongoing appreciation of working with beautiful blooms each day.

We are thankful & we are grateful, we are also praying for all of those poor souls who have lost their lives in the Bondi Beach shooting, we were only there in July & what a special & Iconic place it is for all Australians. Sending our love & support in solidarity to their beautiful families, particularly at this time of year ###

Erin is taking some time out to spend some time with a special friend. There are times to stop & smell the flowers & be together. This is one of those times.

We will be closed Wednesday-Saturday this week, while Erin is away in Melbourne.

Back on the tools on Monday, to create, inspire & spread the floral love ❤️
