Meet Joice: one of the quiet powerhouses in the Miss JuJu kitchen 💛

She joined us back on Marius Street and has been raising the bar ever since. Joice has a real passion for baking and keeps our bao and bánh mì standards exactly where customers expect them… high.

She loves to travel, is always hungry, and makes a seriously good coffee.
Just one tip, give her a moment before 9am. She’s not a morning person and we respect that.

We’re lucky to have her as part of the Miss JuJu family. More team intros coming soon!

She’s a mum of two energetic boys, and she’s settled into the Miss JuJu family with plenty of style and a bit of funk. Whether she’s taking orders, chatting with customers, or keeping the front running smoothly, she brings warmth and good energy to every shift.
